Frequently Asked Questions
Please review and share the below information with your entire party prior to boarding the Vessel:

WHAT SHOULD I BRING ON THE CRUISE?
- Camera
- Hat
- Sunscreen
- Sunglasses
- Medications
- Book or other reading material
- Snorkeling Gear
- Alcoholic beverages of your choice

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?Layers are best – light shirt, sweater/sweatshirt and a jacket.
If you are wearing shorts, it is also a good idea to bring along a pair of long pants.
White–soled shoes are the best, not 100% necessary but they won’t leave scuff marks on our decks. Sandals are fine but do not offer much protection for your toes, NO HIGH HEELS!

WHAT IF I GET SEASICK?If you have had bouts with seasickness before, bring along your favorite medication.
It is always best to get the medication into your system before the cruise begins. We suggest taking the first round of pills when you go to bed the night before departure and then again about an hour prior to leaving the docks. The medication does not have much of an effect if you start taking it after feeling queasy.
Let the Captain know as soon as you start to feel bad. There are a few things we can do to help – change course for a smoother ride, get you comfortable in fresh air, or put you in a spot where you can see the horizon. If it gets really bad, we can always return to port early.
If you feel seasick, try to stay outside in the fresh air. Going below deck will only make it worse. Again, do not hesitate to let the Captain know ASAP and he will do everything he can to make you feel better. Do not be embarrassed about getting seasick, it happens to all of us – even the Captain!

WILL MY CELL PHONE WORK?Make plans to turn off your cell phones and enjoy your surroundings while we are on the cruise.
Once we are a few miles from shore, cell phone reception is spotty, and you probably won’t have a signal anyway.

WHAT TIME DO WE LEAVE THE DOCKS?BLUE will be available for boarding at 8:30 am and depart the docks by 9:00 am.
The required predeparture safety talk and vessel orientation takes about 15 minutes to complete, so plan to arrive as close to 8:30 as possible. Earlier or later departure times may be arranged with the Captain. We will make every effort to return to the docks by 4:00 pm.
