Any passenger willfully disregarding safety regulations aboard the vessel will be subject to immediate termination of the charter and loss of all deposits and fees paid prior to departure.
CANNABIS POLICY
Although California state law allows cannabis to be legal, it is not legal while boating since the ocean is considered Federal waters. All illegal drugs, as well as all forms of cannabis are not permitted on any charter for any reason or in any amount. In the event that illegal drugs, including cannabis are found on the boat, the charterer will be liable for the full value of the vessel as well as loss of income. We are required to immediately return to port and report any violations to the United States Coast Guard.
SMOKING POLICY
No smoking, vaping, or chewing tobacco is allowed while onboard the vessel.
ALCOHOL POLICY
